Yosemite Valley is one of the most beautiful and amazing places in the world.
These are my youngest daughters, Suzee and Amy, about nine years ago. They stood on a rock wall at Tunnel View and jumped for the photo, making it look as if they’re skipping across the sky. No, this picture isn’t Photoshopped.
Tunnel View on Wanona Road, Highway 41, in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California is one of Yosemite visitors’ favorite viewpoints. As you exit the Wanona Tunnel, this splendid panorama greets you.
Check out the granite summits, El Capitan on the left and part of Three Brothers on the right. Half Dome can be seen in the far background in the center of the photo, just above and to the right of Suzee’s ponytail.

That’s such a cool and fun photo of your daughters! Never been to Yosemite, though I’d love to see it someday. For now, one of my favorites is the Great Smoky Mountains.

Oh! I love love love Yosemite! We went for the first time last year, deliberately during the winter. No tourists, and plenty of stunning vistas to photograph! I can certainly relate to this being your favorite place 🙂
